1. About MoxieTrove
MoxieTrove is an online store based in Denizli, Türkiye, offering stickers, vehicle decals, decorative graphics and related products.

2. Orders
By placing an order through MoxieTrove, you confirm that the information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.
Orders are subject to payment confirmation and product availability. Most MoxieTrove products are produced after an order is placed.
We reserve the right to contact you if additional information is required to prepare or ship your order.
3. Product Information
We aim to display product descriptions, dimensions, colours and images as accurately as possible.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on the screen, device or display settings used.
Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size, colour and product options before completing an order.
4. Production and Shipping
Orders are normally prepared for shipment within approximately 2 business days after payment confirmation.
International shipments are generally organised through Navlungo and carried by UPS or FedEx.
Estimated international delivery after dispatch is generally 2–5 business days, but delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, holidays, weather, remote locations or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Made-to-Order Products
Many MoxieTrove products are produced specifically after an order is placed and may be prepared according to selected size, colour, design or other order specifications.
Customised or personalised products may not be eligible for cancellation or return where applicable law permits.
Products that have been applied, installed, cut, altered or otherwise used cannot normally be returned.
6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Once the issue is confirmed, MoxieTrove will arrange a replacement product at no additional product cost.

7. Customs and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
8. Intellectual Property
The MoxieTrove name, website content, product photographs, graphics and original designs may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without permission, except where third-party rights apply.
9. Website Availability
We may update products, prices, content or website features when necessary.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption or technical errors.
10. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
11. Changes to These Terms
MoxieTrove may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The version published on the website at the time of purchase will apply to the relevant order, subject to mandatory law.
