Made-to-Order Products

MoxieTrove products are produced after an order is placed. Many products are prepared according to the selected design, size, colour or other order specifications.

Products that are customised or produced to the customer's specifications may not be eligible for cancellation or return where applicable consumer law permits.

Adhesive decals that have been applied, installed, cut, altered or otherwise used cannot normally be returned.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Once the issue is confirmed, MoxieTrove will produce and send a replacement product at no additional product cost.

You do not need to return a damaged or incorrectly supplied sticker unless we specifically request it.

Order Issues

Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order if there is a problem. This helps us review the issue quickly and arrange the replacement.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by the laws applicable to your purchase.
