Production Time

Most MoxieTrove products are produced to order. Orders are normally prepared for shipment within approximately 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping

International shipments are arranged through our logistics partner Navlungo and are generally carried by UPS or FedEx, depending on the destination and available service.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, the carrier's estimated international delivery time is generally 2–5 business days. This is an estimate provided by the shipping carrier and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery times may be affected by customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions, remote-area delivery or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking information becomes available, it will be provided with your order so you can follow the shipment.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated during checkout.
